Everyone is Judging You!

Can You Win The Ethics Award?

All the people in your organization believe they're ethical. Very few, however, willingly claim they're sharp enough to win an ethics award. What happens if we tell them how?

Most of us back away from boasting about having what it takes to win awards. Even me, and I teach the class that selects award winners! For the last couple years, besides speaking to organizations about how they can make it easier for their people to do the right thing, I’ve taught a business ethics class in a local university. My students vet the finalists and ethics award winners.

We have learned so much! Mainly that there really are a lot of ethical individuals and organizations out there. Also that people are incredibly creative and want very much to treat their customers and employees with respect, fairness, and an eye toward doing what’s right even when it’s hard. Can You Win the Ethics Award? presents the key objectives and measurements that make a lasting change to organizational culture.
  • What an ethical culture looks like.
  • Why ethics matters to your customers, employees, board, vendors, financial partners, and the larger community.
  • How Ethical Motivation™ makes your job easier.
  • What others are doing to make it easier to do the right thing.
  • Your key takeaway will be an ethics award winning action plan.
