This may be exhibited through some of the following: exemplary leadership; teamwork with coworkers and vendors; implementation of environmental sustainability practices; achievement of LEED, BOMA 360 or Energy Star designations for their property; improvement in operational efficiency, tenant relations or best practices; and/or active involvement in BOMA Austin.

This award is in remembrance of Jack Drummond and Karisa Johnson, who both left an indelible mark on BOMA Austin through their steadfast commitment and care.  Their work has contributed to a flourishing commercial real estate market and a culture of BOMA members serving our clients and the community well. 

The Drummond-Johnson Award honors years of service through demonstrated advocacy at both city hall and in the boardroom with remarkable character and dedication. 

Representing one’s tireless efforts in service to BOMA Austin, this lifetime achievement award is given to an Austin member or staff member who has been active for a minimum of 15 years.
