BOMA Austin is a 501(c)(6), not-for-profit trade association, representing you, the owner, manager, supplier of goods and services, or the many others associated with ensuring the health, safety, comfort, and productive work in commercial structures. We understand your problems and concerns, and strive to be your conduit to solid time and money savings so you can better serve your customers.
Founded in 1974, BOMA Austin, the Austin-based affiliate of the Building Owners and Managers Association International, serves the commercial real estate industry in the Austin area, from San Marcos to Georgetown. We are composed of more than 250 members owning or managing more than 35 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and institutional properties.
As a member-driven organization, BOMA Austin promotes the highest ethical and professional standards in the commercial real estate industry through advocacy, networking and education.
Our members are uniquely proactive contributing to forwarding the commercial real estate industry and the community-at-large. We encourage interested parties to attend our monthly luncheons as guests and learn more about BOMAs membership opportunities.

Representing BOMA associations in Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. Texas BOMA, founded in 1938, represents a combined total of 661 million square feet of commercial real estate in Texas and has over 2,000 members.
Representing BOMA associations in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The Southwest Region, while not involved in advocacy efforts, has an annual regional convention covering issues of importance to all members within the region.
A federation of BOMA local associations in cities across the United States and a network of international affiliates around the world. Founded in 1907, BOMA represents owners and managers of all commercial property types, including nearly 10.5 billion square feet of U.S. office space that supports 1.7 million jobs and contributes $234.5 billion to the U.S. GDP. BOMA represents and protects the commercial real estate industry through a robust building codes and federal advocacy program and provides critical tools and information to industry practitioners through education, publications, floor measurement standards, research and benchmarking reports, building recognition opportunities, sharing best practices and trends, and more.
