BOMA Austin is a 501(c)(6), not-for-profit trade association, representing you, the owner, manager, supplier of goods and services, or the many others associated with ensuring the health, safety, comfort, and productive work in commercial structures. We understand your problems and concerns, and strive to be your conduit to solid time and money savings so you can better serve your customers.
Founded in 1974, BOMA Austin, the Austin-based affiliate of the Building Owners and Managers Association International, serves the commercial real estate industry in the Austin area, from San Marcos to Georgetown. We are composed of more than 250 members owning or managing more than 35 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and institutional properties.
As a member-driven organization, BOMA Austin promotes the highest ethical and professional standards in the commercial real estate industry through advocacy, networking and education.
Our members are uniquely proactive— contributing to forwarding the commercial real estate industry and the community-at-large. We encourage interested parties to attend our monthly luncheons as guests and learn more about BOMA’s membership opportunities.
