Grab your golf clubs and join BOMA Austin at the newly renovated Westlake Country Club on Monday March 25, 2024 for our Annual Golf Tournament featuring Shotgun Scramble with Bogey as your friend! You must be a sponsor to have a golf team. If you want information on available sponsorships, please email Stacy Addington.

For those who don't golf, we are hosting a VIP Event for Property Managers & Support Staff, giving you full access to the club’s amenities, including pickleball, yoga, chair massages, wine tasting, pool party, chip & sip, plus tons of fun!

Golf details you can use:

Golf Clubs will not be provided
Lunch & dinner will be provided
Scoring will be tracked for tournament placement
Practice will be available prior to start on the driving & putting range behind the club.
All golf teams must contain at least one principal
An awards banquet will be held at the end of the event
If you are a Property Manager who wishes to be assigned to a team, please email Staci Addington.

Pricing:

$1,000 for team of 4 players (must include at least one Property Manager on team)
$125 for VIP Event (Property Managers only)
$100 for Banquet (if only attending Banquet dinner)
As a reminder – only sponsoring Allieds may participate in event

Golf Schedule:

9:00am - Volunteers arrival
9:30am - Sponsors arrival (box lunches provided)
10:00am - Registration opens & Sponsors escorted to assigned hole
10:30am - Box lunch provided to golfers and sponsors
11:00am - Golfers escorted to holes
11:30am - Shotgun start
4-5pm - Happy Hour @ Roost
5:00pm - Banquet Begins @ Roost
6:30pm - Banquet ends

VIP Schedule:

12:30pm - Registration (outside the Roost)
1-3pm - Pickleball & Massage Chairs @ picnic area
2:00pm - Yoga Class @ arbor (grassy area)
3:00pm - Wine Tasting & Charcuterie @ Creekside
3:30pm - IV Stations (until 6:30) @ Pool Upper Deck
3:00pm - Pickleball Ends
4:20pm - All guests convene at The Roost
4-5pm - Happy Hour @ Roost
5:00pm - Banquet Begins @ Roost
6:30pm - Banquet ends
